Hotel director Andreas Eggenberger's brother, Josef Eggensberger, manages a "Bioland" farm with his family just 2km away from the hotel. Pure milk, tender beef and delicious beef sausage specialties as well as estate cheese and whole milk yoghurt from the in-house production come to our hotel daily where they are professionally processed. From there, the food lands directly on your plate or in your cup ...
The Eggensberger Family has been following the guidelines of ecological farming since 1989 and fulfils even the very strict "Bioland" criteria. In addition to economizing in harmony with nature, the demands of species diversity as well as of environmental protection play a decisive role. Adherence to these criteria is reviewed annually by an independent control board.
A selection of delicious regional specialties can be found in the refrigerator in the little hotel shop next to the reception desk. So you can take a small bit of Allgäu home with you!
