Information

• Arrival: from 2:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m. please let us know in advance.
• Departure: Rooms should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. Late Check-out is possible (subject to availability): until 2:00 p.m. for a € 30.00 fee and until 6:00 p.m. for a € 60.00 fee.
• Arrival by train: Destination train station Füssen (approx. 5 km to the hotel). If you are arriving by train you can take the taxi to the hotel and back free of charge; if you are staying for a week, you may use our "gentle transportation" (electric cars, e-bikes) for one day free of charge.
• Dogs: Only upon request in certain rooms. Please understand that your dog is not allowed in public areas, e.g. the therapy & spa areas, restaurants....  Cost without food € 15.00 per day (plus a one-time cleaning fee of € 100.00 in case of heavy soiling). No other pets are allowed.
• Internet free of charge: There is a station for our guests in the "Zeit-Raum" and a LAN-connection in every room. Wireless LAN in our "Alpenglühen"-bar or the "Zeit-Raum" from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• No smoking: in the rooms, on the balconies and in all public areas of the hotel!
• Parking: outdoor parking spaces at the hotel ar free of charge; reserved parking spaces in the parking garage a € 8.00/day.
• Prices: Price differences may result from differing locations or views, size and furnishings of the rooms. All prices include the statutory VAT and service. In addition there is a visitor's tax of €2,20 per person per day (free up to 14 years); Change from 01.12.2019: Children from 0-5 years free of charge; 6-15 years € 1.10 per day; from 16 years full contribution
• Cancellations: A cancellation up to 30 days before arrival free of charge. For short-notice cancellations or early departure we charge 80% of th accommodation price with breakfast and 70% of accommodation with halfboard or 3/4-Organic halfboard.
• Cancellations CORONA till 15.12.2020: A cancellation up to 5 days before arrival free of charge. For short-notice cancellations or early departure we charge 80% of th accommodation price with breakfast and 70% of accommodation with halfboard.
• Valuables: Room safe and storage possibilities at the reception desk.
• Payment: Please pay in cash or with a Eurocheque card (Be sure to check you limit!). We will gladly accept payment on the evening before your departure. Bank account for transfers:
