Excellent: 5 stars from Medical Wellness Stars
The seal of approval from the quality association "Wellness Stars" indicates a high-quality standard in the spa and medical wellness facilities of a hotel.
We are happy to be a member of the Wellness Stars Germany. We received the highest distinction of 5 stars for the complete range of offers in the medical wellness area. The seal of approval was given to us at a "health talk" with representatives from FüssenTourismus, the Allgäuer Alpenwellness and members of the press. We are the first hotel in Allgäu that has been certified by independent controllers from the Wellness Stars GmbH and the TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH as part of a quality check. Herr Prof. Rudolf Forcher (Chairman of the board of Wellness Stars GmbH) presented the certificate and praised the hotel in his speech as "an effective opportunity for real relaxation in authentic atmosphere".
Wellness Aphrodite - Ecology and sustainability
Heike and Andreas Eggensberger were very delighted to receive the golden winner's trophy from Wellness Aphrodite in the category Ecology and Sustainability in November 2014, in Telfs, Austria. The jury unanimously honoured the 4-star organic Biohotel Eggensberger as a model hotel in the areas of ecology and sustainability. The jury congratulated them for their consistent dedication to the environment.
Wellness Aphrodite – the Oscar of the business
TOP Hotel publishing house presents awards to the best spa hotels in the German speaking parts of Europe every year. The renowned prize is considered the "Oscar of the industry". The wellness Aphrodite is awarded in 8 categories including cuisine, spa design, ecology and sustainability as well as overall concept.
Wanderbares Deutschland
We have been one of the distinguished hosts since summer 2014 and are guests can rest assured that they have come to the right address if you're planning to hike. Certified hosts promise their hiking guests that there is a drying room, current information about the weather, competent advice and a shuttle and luggage transportation (external service provider).
FOKUS ZUKUNFT
We run our organic hotel sustainably and with conviction, dedication and lots of heart and soul - from the electric car for guests to the regional organic ingredients. And we do it officially: We are FOKUS ZUKUNFT certified! This places emphasis on ecological thinking, working and acting.
Our energy use was calculated and rated using an online database and then was verified with an on-site audit. The result: our hotel fulfilled the requirements completely with the result of 6,56 kilogram CO2 per overnight stay and 209 metric tons per year.
Innosenso
Because your refreshing sleep is important to us, we have been certified by the TÜV-Rheinland Group as an electro-smog-reduced hotel (www.sensotel.de). In the bio-balance rooms, fine copper webbing in the curtains and walls of the room shields it from electromagnetic rays. And there are mains disconnection relays in every room. The low frequency value of every bed is tested annually by the TÜV. DECT-telephones have been completely avoided. The hotel rooms have internet access, TV and a minibar. Sensors measure the electro-magnetic burden in the room. A warning lamp shows you if electro-magnetic fields are active in your room. So we can offer you a great sleeping environment. This is recommended by representatives from the field of environmental medicine, so your body can completely refresh itself during the night.

The rating portal Wellness Heaven has accompanied us for years. It examines spa hotels in all of Europe and Asia. The hotel testers scrutinize and rate selected hotels on the basis of an extensive criteria catalogue.
LEW Innovationspreis „Climate and Energie 2015“
The LEW Innovation prize „Climate and Energy 2015" awards ideas and efforts which set examples for climate protection and efficient use of energy. A jury comprised of high-ranking experts chose from 50 applications. Take a look at our application video!
We received third place in the category „Climate-neutral 4-star comfort". We work climate neutrally through a consequent energetic optimization of our hotel as well as many other measures and an investment in climate protection projects. Our hotel reduced its CO2 emission by 160 tons and its energy costs by more than half.
